What type of classes do you offer?At Revelations Dance Center, we believe in providing dance classes that are inclusive and accessible to individuals of all ages and abilities. Please view our class schedule for our current weekly class offerings. We offer tracks for both recreational dancers as well as more advanced dancers looking to join our RDC Company. Classes we offer include: Creative movement, combo classes, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Acro, Strength & Conditioning, Leaps & Turns. Adult classes (ages 18+): Ballet, Tap and Jazz We also offer special pop up classes/sessions throughout the year which you can find announcements for via our monthly newsletter, website and social media.

What age groups are your classes for?We offer weekly classes for ages 2 & up! (Toddlers, Kids, Teens and Adults)

Do I need previous dance experience?You do not need experience in order to start your dance journey! Whether you are 2 or 52, we are committed to supporting any individual who walks through our door, ready and eager to learn.

When can I register?Registration is ongoing with the exception of our company classes. Though you may register at any point, it is not guaranteed that you will be able to participate in our annual recital when you register after February. Please call the studio to find out more info for your specific dancer!

How do I know which class to register for?Information on levels can be found under the “programs” tab on our website. Our team of dance experts will assist you with finding the perfect class for you or your dancer, just give us a call or stop in! Dancers may register for recreational classes at any time while competitive classes require an audition.

Do you offer private lessons?YES! Don't see a class that fits your schedule? Give us a call to set up private lessons tailored to you or your dancers specific needs and goals.

What additional fees am I responsible for besides monthly tuition?In addition to monthly fees, you will be responsible for the following: Dancers shoes/attire Production fee (annual recital) Costume fee Recital tickets Yearly membership fee Dancers who are in our Creative Movement classes will be invoiced an additional fee for their prop kits which will be used throughout the year for skill development. Company dancers are responsible for additional fees. Give us a call or stop in for more information.

What kind of performance opportunities do you offer?Every dancer who is registered has the opportunity to perform in our annual recital held in June. In addition to our recital, dancers who are accepted into our advanced competitive program will have the opportunity to compete in selected dance competitions throughout the year.

What is the dress code and where can I purchase shoes/attire?GIRLS ATTIRE Studio issued leotard and tights. To be purchased at the studio upon registration. Dance shoes will be sized and purchased through our studio. BOYS ATTIRE Shirts Plain, White Tee/Tank can be purchased on your own. Shorts Shorts can be purchased on our website You can pay at the time of purchase online. The order can be picked up in the studio. You will receive an email when the order is in. Order Boys Shorts >> SHOP NOW Dance shoes and attire can be purchased in the studio! Stop by the front desk to purchase all your class needs.

What is your policy for missed classes?If you know you or your dancer will be missing a class, we ask that you specifically call the studio to notify us in advance. Any missed classes are nonrefundable. Make-up classes are available (please call the front desk to schedule.) Company dancers who miss class have a specific protocol. Please call us for more information.

What do company dancers need to commit to?Company dancers and their families are committed to weekly classes, competitions and community events. Most importantly, company dancers and their families are committed to being outstanding role models who represent our studio and its core values. You don’t need to be the best dancer to become the best version of yourself, you just need to be committed.

What is the RDC Company?The Revelations Dance Center company is a group of dancers looking to become more involved in their art. Here, we focus on building skills, involvement in our community, multiple performance opportunities and support in growing each dancer into a role model. This is for dancers looking to take their experience to a competitive level. These dancers have specific class requirements and require an audition. Call for more information or to set up an audition.

How can I audition for Company?Our company auditions this year are being held on February 8th, 2025 for ages 7-18. For more information, please email us for a link to our “Company info meeting” taking place via Zoom on January 25th 2025.

What classes are required for company dancers?Class requirements vary depending on which level a dancer is placed. This can include ballet, company class and leaps and turns.
